HARMAN Professional Solutions invited 100 of its top APAC distributors to gather in Singapore for three days to connect with HARMAN’s Asia Pacific team, learn about new products and visit its new Customer Experience Center. The Experience Center allows visitors to explore HARMAN’s latest innovations and learn how these technologies are being connected in new and exciting ways. The Experience Center—and the APAC distributor event—are aimed at forging deeper connections with enterprise and entertainment industry customers worldwide.

The APAC distributor event, led by Ramesh Jayaraman, VP and GM for HARMAN Professional Solutions, APAC, welcomed a group of top distributors to tour HARMAN’s new Singapore facilities. The event also allows HARMAN to introduce its distributors to APAC’s newly expanded sales, marketing, support and service teams. Product demonstrations and training were also available in the newly opened Experience Center.

The HARMAN Customer Experience Center is another recent HARMAN investment in the region that’s already making an impact. The center gives visitors specific insights into HARMAN Professional Solutions, including category-leading brands such as AKG, AMX, BSS, Crown, dbx, JBL, Lexicon, Martin, Soundcraft and Studer. Customers are able to explore a wide variety of solutions, test proof of concepts, consult with specialists and experience HARMAN technology in real-world scenarios.

In addition to touring the Experience Center and connecting with HARMAN teams, Jayaraman also used the event to kickoff key sales and marketing initiatives that take advantage of the opportunities in the region across a variety of markets. The event has received global support and enthusiasm from HARMAN, including top executives in attendance from the Professional Solutions division.
