M Suite is a Karaoke Television (KTV) entertainment venue in Ho Chi Minh City offering private karaoke experiences across Small, Medium, Large and Signature Rooms, each designed to accommodate different group sizes and performance requirements. With music playback and vocal performance central to the guest experience, each space required clear vocals, balanced coverage and low-frequency impact appropriate to its size and layout. Rather than deploying the same system throughout the venue, M Suite needed an audio approach that could scale alongside each room, providing sufficient performance for larger spaces without overbuilding smaller ones.
Working with distributor Phuc Giang PGI, M Suite implemented JBL Professional loudspeaker systems specifically configured for each of its four room types. Small Rooms feature two JBL Professional EON712 powered loudspeakers paired with one EON718S powered subwoofer, providing full-range coverage and dedicated low-frequency reinforcement within the compact spaces.
For Medium Rooms, PGI deployed two EON712 loudspeakers with two EON710 powered loudspeakers positioned to extend coverage toward the rear, supported by one EON718S subwoofer. Large Rooms scale the EON700 Series platform further, using six EON712 loudspeakers and two EON718S subwoofers to provide additional output, coverage and low-frequency reinforcement across the larger listening areas.
The Signature Room uses six JBL Professional PRX915 powered loudspeakers in a surround configuration with four PRX918XLF powered subwoofers. A Soundcraft mixer provides mixing and control for the room’s audio system. By moving from EON700 Series configurations to the higher-output PRX Series for the Signature Room, PGI tailored each system to the room’s performance requirements while maintaining an active-loudspeaker architecture throughout the venue.

The completed installation provides M Suite with a consistent JBL Professional audio platform that scales according to the size and performance requirements of each karaoke environment. From the two-loudspeaker Small Room configuration to the six-loudspeaker PRX Series surround system in the Signature Room, PGI matched loudspeaker quantity, coverage and low-frequency reinforcement to how each space is used.
The approach allows smaller rooms to maintain vocal clarity and musical impact without unnecessary equipment, while additional EON700 Series loudspeakers extend coverage as room dimensions increase. In the Signature Room, the PRX915 and PRX918XLF system provides the additional output and low-frequency capability required for the venue’s largest karaoke experience.
By tailoring JBL Professional EON700 and PRX Series systems to each room rather than applying a single configuration throughout the venue, PGI delivered consistent sound characteristics while giving M Suite the coverage, output and low-frequency performance appropriate for every room size.
