Jaqueline, how important is the feedback you and the team receive from system integrators, consultants, and other AVC professionals in influencing the design of BSS products?

Whether we are at tradeshows, working with our applications engineering team, or interfacing with our consultant and integrator community, ensuring that we can gather detailed feedback is crucial to successful product design. It allows us to precision-tailor our products to drive enhanced innovation and ensure our solutions are not just effective but exceeding user expectations.

Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre – Thailand
Following extensive renovations starting in 2019, the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre reopened in late 2022 with 300,000 square meters—three times larger than the original venue layout—available for a variety of events and activities. The Convention Centre was transformed by a world-class AVC solution, featuring BSS digital signal processing and networked audio distribution, JBL loudspeakers, AMX control, and Crown amplification.
A spokesman for the Center noted: “HARMAN Professional Solutions never fails to provide reliable solutions that help create immersive experiences for visitors.” More details.
BSS Soundweb London processors were selected for DSP support of the Cairo Stadium project.
Cairo International Stadium – Egypt
Cairo International Stadium, with a main hall capacity of 16,900, needed a high-quality audio solution. BSS Soundweb London networked signal processors provided flexible routing capabilities, allowing sound reinforcement personnel to easily configure and monitor the system.

Flyover in Chicago utilized a variety of installed AVC products from BSS, JBL, FLUX::, and Crown.
Flyover in Chicago, an immersive indoor flying ride needed a state-of-the-art audio experience. A customized system featuring BSS signal processing, FLUX:: immersive audio, JBL loudspeakers, and Crown amplifiers was commissioned.

Shanghai Film Art Center – China
To respond to the city government’s requirements on digital transformation and meet the needs of the main venue upgrade for the 25th Shanghai International Film Festival, HARMAN provided equipment and technical support for the cinema’s audio system upgrade project.
The project team selected BSS digital signal processors, a JBL Professional cinema audio solution, and Crown amplification, which delivered exceptional sound quality and accurate audio reproduction to safeguard the immersive audiovisual experience for every moviegoer. More details.
When it was time to select an integrated audio, video, and control system to support a variety of AVC needs within India’s FLAME (Foundation for Liberal and Management Education) University, BSS BLU-100 signal processors as well as JBL, Crown, AMX, AKG, and Soundcraft products were identified as ideal for the requested solution.

Hotel Selina was looking to install a user-friendly but technically advanced resort AV system.
Selina is a hotel chain that offers its guests beautiful places to stay, travel and work abroad indefinitely. The hotel sought to install easy-to-operate equipment, including BSS signal processors, JBL loudspeakers, Crown amplifiers, Soundcraft consoles and AKG microphones.
The implemented equipment has had a great response from the owners, operators and users of each of the complexes since they fulfill the stipulated function of each of the areas with unmatched quality. More details.

Le Space Immersive Art Exhibition – Korea
Le Space, Korea’s largest media art exhibition hall spanning 6,600 m² at Mohegan’s Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon, was enhanced by HARMAN’s cutting-edge installed audio solutions, featuring BSS signal processors, Crown, JBL, and FLUX:: audio products.
This integration seamlessly combined audio and visual elements, enabling Le Space to deliver captivating sounds and videos tailored to each area, providing visitors with a highly immersive experience as they journey through the art. More details.
The Czech Republic’s Stages Hotel was updated to ensure a second-to-none networked audio system.
The Stages Hotel required a modern AV solution that balanced advanced features, bandwidth, ease-of-use and accessibility. BSS BLU-806DA digital signal processors as well as JBL loudspeakers, and Crown amplifiers led the install.

UBS Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Long Island, New York with a capacity of 19,000. To provide world-class audio experiences for fans and attendees, the facility required a state-of-the-art arena audio solution. The solution featured BSS Soundweb London signal processing as well as a wide-ranging system that included JBL loudspeakers and Crown amplification.
